um, today was quite okay. i shouldn't have done a few things though. haha.

you know, when you're angry you break things. what if you keep this destructive energy inside you instead of letting it out? does it take a new form?
what if you simply forget about what made you angry in the first place, does it dissipate then? (but the law of the conservation of energy says...)
on the flip side, what if you keep the grudge? will this accumulated energy do something to you?

just some food for thought.
