what is it about good cartoons that appeal to adults?
i will never get it.
although i do love cartoons so very much.

ironically, went fishing yesterday, though i caught no fish.

well it's new years' eve and i feel drowsy. not to mention mervyn's asked me to go out tonight. ah dunno whether should ask, but i feel so stoned that i don't think i can stand up to it. so i might be sick, but i'm not really.
and well, i have an album to accompany me through the night. the most awesome breakthrough band for this year, The Script. the only other band i can think of is Glasvegas haha, but i don't enjoy their stuff as much. just bought The Script's album, The Script, yesterday. really good. i love Breakeven. i thought they should've included the voice at the start though, it really provides a beautifully painful counterpoint to the whole song.

i'm already putting up with them the best i can. i can really control my temper, but i don't know how long more i can last, especially with them taking the rest of the year off from work. don't they have lives? go play golf. go watch soccer. go shop. go do your hair. go hang out with all your friends. or don't you have any. that's so sad.

hmm so neeways hello guys haven't blogged properly in a long time. um, nothing's going on right now. today, popped down to the supermarket to find amanda from v12 there, she wanted to sleep loll. and it was like, 12pm lah. then saw willie right after that hahaha. my bro said he looked gay XD in his green shirt. believe it or not, willie WAS grocery shopping. oh it was bring your own bag day but the supermarket was so lousy they didn't collect any money from us for using plastic bags. i think that we should adopt the overseas habit of bringing our own bags. i'm doing it whenever i shop. it's better.

i'm thinking of following the straight edge lifestyle but it sounds so yes man-ish. very strict covenant with yourself. and there are so many things i could do to break it. sigh. haha speaking of that movie i watched it twice. it's really good i think, especially the harry potter party part. should watch =) it made me laugh, unlike that zohan movie i think. that's partly why i prefer horror or stuff more serious. makes you think and not waste your time on lame jokes and storylines. when you think back, it'll be like, "whoa, the movie's really true" or " what a cool story, the person who came up with that is brilliant, i'd love to watch more stuff by him or her" instead of "whatthefuck lah i just wasted 6/6.50/8/10 bucks and two fucking hours watching that fucking lousy movie".

haha went to a certain someone's blog and felt down.

don't you think this is an absolutely beautiful piece of sculpture?
it's the first and only piece of art so far that has really touched me emotionally.
"a masterpiece of destiny". i saw it in the louvre museum in paris.

so, i got back from europe yesterday 6.52am singapore time. =) it was an awesome trip and i have not many regrets. hooray! haha. there are so many things to describe and to say that i don't have the energy to list them all down =P ask me if you want. oh and i spent most of my time watching mtv, which ironically didn't really show music. might as well just call it TV or sth. the only mv slots i caught were in the morning, from 6 to around 8. at night and in the afternoon there was nothing. and for the record, i visited GERMANY and FRANCE in the same trip so what a coincidence and please don't argue about it, both countries are really nice. switzerland was filled with good looking people and also snow mountains which were so serene. imagine eating at the original marche and looking up at the mountains surrounding the valley. =D

as you can well tell i'm slightly tired out still coz of the jet lag.
amy macdonald is going to be a big name soon. europe's slightly ahead of us in music.
