there are so many things i wanna say...but just no time to type out...wish i had more time...

the main thing that happened these few days was the IP orientation day camp thing. was really worth my time going there. day 1, everyone was so tight and tense. my class 07V13 has the most vs boys, around 8 i think. so quite comfortable lah. had some games to break the ice, like BLOW wind BLOW and the BANG game. gabriel likes to think sick. robin ur fault lah. lol.

after that there was some inter-class games. we had to do them station by station. there was a side game where we had to snatch party hats off other pple to land them in jail. i didnt help at the stations at all, too busy doing that. we were losing spectacularly in the first part. luckily the girls were good with the stuff and we caught up at the jump rope task. then we won narrowly and grabbed the biggest flag from the centre of the table. yeah baby. V14 were all boasting about their sexy hot tiny red flag. their senior is quite chio sia...very outspoken and has a nice husky voice too. lucky them lor...

after that there was the aeroplane game. supposed to get materials from the 'vendors' by 'pleasing' them. in the end we had to write victoria using our butts, its really cool when you do the letter 'i' using ur butt. just try it. then i lost my wristband and had to go to jail. it was SO FUN there, i actually spent the whole game there. to get out of jail you had to solve their 'nasty' 'irritating' 'mind games'. almost all of the riddles didnt make sense hahaz...but it was really fun trying to get the pattern of the game. also, the other really damn cute senior was sitting just opposite me...she is so damn cute sia.

day 2 was cool too. first we had some games to mix us up. played blow wind blow again. sorry if i didnt capitalize it. tag if you want it CAPS LOCK. anyway, each class was split up even further into groups of roughly 8. then went around doing tasks. cant really remember them now but frankly, my team screwed up. we did quite badly. lucky got the chio senior around or else i cry already lolz...

then in the afternoon we had WATER GAMES WOOOOO!!! lol...affinity for water. so fun. there was captain's ball (we won), dodgeball (we won), dog and bone (we won), some pass the water around in cups while blindfolded (we won), transferring water using clothes (we won) and tug of war (we lost)(sobs) 'player 3's dominating streak has been ended by (name)'.

after that a bunch of seniors started asking me to turn around and showed me to their friends. they said i looked like someone from their class hahaz...then another group of seniors told me i looked like another person that they knew. lol. so cool. then when everyone went to collect textbooks, i stayed in the room with the seniors. next to senior KAWAII. she liked mcr. and panic! at the disco. everyone said that they were bad. hahaz...i forgive her lah she so cute sia...

this is so frustrating. my bleach episode 95 is taking DAMN long to dl. and it has been the same for the past 2 days. the reason why i dun wanna skip this episode is because this episode is one of the most EXCITING episodes. its when byakuya fights kariya jin. omg. so right now waiting for part one to download. zzz...

this afternoon i went to vivo city to watch night at the museum. quite nice. very funny. its a good family comedy. its about this out of work guy called larry who is desperate enough to take work as a night watchman at the local natural history museum. the twist is, everything in the museum comes alive at night. yeah. interesting plot at the end.

vivo was quite nice too. i kinda hated the walking, but the outside patio was very cool. it overlooked the sea between sentosa and singapore. the breeze was very cool. there were also beautifully designed wading pools at the same level.

zzz...tell you more about it l8r lah...

anyway, yesterday i went to robin's house. alot of fun there. they were finishing up a game of pool (i think) when i came. saw roger, bx, and pok thong. sat around the table having lunch. everyone was staring at the food too shy to take. i already had my lunch so sit there also stare at them lor. we stared at the food for around 5 minutes. robin was forcing everyone to eat. if not then goodbye. lol.

went to robin's room to watch them play com. o2jam. gave me headache. they really pro sia. how they listen to the music while stabbing buttons according to the beat?! then later went down with bx to play pool. very close match sia...i tyco tyco win one. then i went through the stacks of cards in robin's drawer. you never know what the hell you might find in them. once i found a stack of cards worth around $20. each. then after that went up again to find those two seniors playing pangya. roger hio sia. but like no big deal to him. pro lah...

robin and bx went down to play pool. i also sui bian lah went downstairs watch tv. then got the i bet you will show. got one naked black fat guy running around for 100 bucks i think. he so desperate one...he was seriously obscenely fat.

thanks robin for inviting me to ur house...or did i gatecrash? zzz...

ok. the third day. and fourth. combined into one single post. its going to be the most ELECTRIFIYING, SENSATIONAL, SHOCKING, AND DISTURBING POST IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND!!! no lah just pulling your leg.

the third day was very slack actually. remember? in the morning we had workshops with the other two conductors. if they can be called conductors. dr arwin tan was really cool. he wanted us to sing like, as mr kwei later put it, "black mommas". lol. RACIST! he was the 'pro' in credo. then shortly after that we had the last workshop with dr wong su san. also another cool conductor. extremely animated lady. loved drawing domes with curly things inside. i liked her concept of echoey cathedrals. she had a nice soprano voice which i tried to imitate.

the whole day we did almost absolutely nothing practical compared to the other days. all i remember is that we were all going to each others' rooms playing card games. some people took the time to catch up on their beauty sleep. we also had a memorable practice inside a sleazy bar. got two pictures of quite chio ang moh girls behind the small stage thing. mr kwei did his mind games thing again by telling us that he just walked out on Cat High. technically he is correct as, if he didnt walk out, then how would he be in the sleazy bar talking to us?

after that neng wei led the sops to this really cool platform overlooking a worn out street soccer court. after the prep talk we had to go down by slide. peng hock got stuck in the slide (on purpose, i suspect) and luckily, nobody went to help him. then after the talk i went to bing xing's room to play tai ti. learnt how to play bridge too and got trashed in the first few games.

the concert was nothing special. one of the jc choirs performed the amazing "Water Night". CLASH CHORD!!! a clash has never sounded so nice before. loved it for its whole 2 seconds.

then after the concert there were a bunch of temasek sec girls who went chasing after us cuz of the usual stolen handphone incident. leon was also missing throughout the whole incident. sure enough, found him with yet ANOTHER group of girls. lol. he has some really cool skill with the ladies. i had some fun in jorven's apartment watching tv.

fourth day there was this really amazing incident. i was going down the escalator at jusco or somewhere when heard this really huge bang behind me. before i knew it, a pillow still wrapped in plastic fell between my legs and a SUPERMARKET TROLLEY crashed past me. i still cant believe how the trolley missed me! the lady with the trolley was standing right behind me, with about 6 steps distance. the trolley went past me without even touching me.
thank god.

i had the most fun in the bus, together with gabriel, roger, bing xing, chan wei, sean and malcom. just enjoyed and appreciated the time with them. was really going to miss them when i left, together with many others. once in the bus we tried to do a clash chord that was worthy of "Water Night". lol...that is the moment that i will definitely remember...im getting so sentimental here...

in the last few days, i have been in malacca with vs choir. at first i was rather reluctant to go, but after some prompting from bing xing and the rest, i went along and joined them lah.
i cant really remember the details, so this is what i can recall myself and the choir doing in the last couple of days.

on the first day, we assembled in school at around 7am. my dad helped me save the trouble of taking a bus with my bulky luggage and fetched me to school. reaching school, i promised to sms him every day during the trip. which i did. the choir was hanging around the foyer, around the spiral starcase. waited for so long, then miss lau came and handed over the passports. gave myself quite a shock when i lost mine near the stairs. i called so many pple over to help look for it, then discovered it was in my file. XD oops...then at around 7.30 we left school for the malacca watercity resort. i dont really like jeans. so tight. spent most of my time on the bus reading part two of the 'his dark materials' trilogy, the subtle knife. jonathan (our chairman) also read the series and he told me his parents banned him from reading the books at first as they thought it was 'anti-christ'. the book is quite innocent really, except for the side plot which has something to do with original sin.

we stopped at jaya jusco shopping mall for lunch, which was about a 10-15 minute drive away from our destination. combed the whole place (which only had 3 storeys, bless the poor deprived malaysian shoppers) and finally settled on fried rice at a foodcourt. the malaysian system of ordering food was very different from singapore. you had to get a ticket from the counter, queue up at the cashier (which was located somewhere else) to pay, then return the reprinted ticket to the stall, which would give you your food. then pok thong told me to look at the cashier's nametag. SYUKRI HAHAHAHA...

one and a half hours later we were at the resort for the first time. the rooms werent bad at all. it was exactly almost like a HDB flat, just that 6 people shared one apartment, two people to a room. tv stations were satisfactory, but our rooms didnt have star movies, which were showing all the good movies at that time. we only had cinemax. discovery travel and living was not bad too, i watched project runway at 9pm. sadly, the cute girl was eliminated. anyway, in my apartment there was leon and syukri, me and clarence, and eugene and yi xuan. bad thing was, the teachers' apartment was right next to ours. ... ... ...

the first nights' concert was the christmas one. had the most fun singing together with the whole room. one of the schools also performed O Holy Night. think it was bowen sec. i really love that song. its so peaceful. check out the avril lavigne version. we also performed gaude maria with anderson jc choir.

the next day we were...err...mostly practicing and had a workshop with joshua habermann. he wasnt bad actually. very soft spoken. he kinda looked like my friend's father, who is french. crrredu een deuum. i just cant get that phrase out of my head. LOL. pok thong likes to say it 'creto in teum'. anyway, the night's concert was not bad, except that we really rushed for the songs. especially wawaki. we must learn to control our nerves. seriously. hopefully the sec ones get more stage exposure and learn to control themselves on stage. singing requires a calm body and a balanced mind (the latter i totally lack lol). after the concert i went back to the room, and met gabriel who was going to robin's room. went along and robin answered the door with a really funny pose and a gay voice (sorry eric). after some hysterical laughter we entered the apartment, and robin was suddenly joined by TWO MORE ERICS. hysterical laughter. then jonathan teo opened his mouth to talk in eric's voice. hysterical laugher. then the two erics started blaming sherman for the gay voice. hysterical laughter. then sherman gave up and joined in. hysterical laughter, this time with me collapsing against the floor using my fist to bang the floor. then attempted to play just ONE round of dai ti with the three erics. failed miserably laughing with gabriel. its really amazing how they can keep a straight face while still doing the voice. then the REAL eric came out of the room looking furious LOL. then gabriel and i ran (yes, RAN) out of the apartment in fear of dying of suffocation from severe laughter. met johnnie and terry and frederick outside the apartment. frederick dyed his hair. gold.

too tired to type already...i will leave the third day for tmr lah or sth...
in my absense, i have collated a list of good songs with good videos. please take some time to look through...

its so difficult trying to think about what you did in the whole day.

in the morning i sent an sms telling sherman that i would not be coming for choir as i was helping the boy's brigade in their annual hamper distribution. sherman said ok see you on monday. so i went with my family to the bb headquarters. it was quite messy and bb boys were running around looking tired. the overseer explained that because of a late delivery of cooking oil, the system was very chaotic and we would have to be delayed by around half an hour. so i tried to help them by giving out rice to the different bags. after around half an hour, the problem was finally solved and we loaded the hampers into the boot of our car.

lol im playing heart of sword by t.m. revolution from samurai x...so nostalgic...

the aim of this event was to give hampers to the needy and the poor. yes ignorant people, there ARE poor people in singapore. we delivered around 10 hampers to the people along north bridge road. a friendly bb boy also accompanied us around the place. he is seow ming liang, and he is 14. woooo another SEOW!!! he was very hyper and loved the initial d movie. kept talking about it. tofu driver WOOOOO!!!

we reported back to the headquarters at around 3pm. was sad to see ming liang go, but luckily we exchanged hp numbers and chatted on the phone lah. lol. cool guy.
