It makes me so tired I feel so uninspired My head is battling with my heart My logic has been torn apart

i imagine this is what i would create if i were high on acid.
maybe i'm stoned, but i was enthralled.
this is romantic.
this is wonderful.
i love how she says "yes, yes" instead of "yeah". it just makes it so much more meaningful.

oh man oh man oh man oh man.
okay, will need to post something intelligible to others.
Tell the devil that he can go back from where he came His fire he airs all through their beating vein. And when the hardest part is over we'll be here And our dreams will break the boundaries of our fears Boundaries of our fears
Lay your body down

for you to protect something at all costs from the "evil of the world".
why let anything define you and the way you live your life?
what drives you is the beating heart in your chest and not your head on top of it all.

i finally have enough songs for a playlist entry.
i'm in a confined daze until the end of the A levels.
meanwhile, struggling to find good songs that reach through the apathy.
Jason"why is his voice so nasal, and god why did he have to ruin a perfectly fine song before, ah but this is a nice track anyway" Derulo - Ridin' Solo
Sky "wait, isn't this Owl City? No, it's Adam Young's new project which sounds exactly like it with acoustics instead of electronics" Sailing - Brielle
Robyn "What's a KE$HA?" - Hang With Me
Sean "OMG i can't stand this song it's in my head okay i need to ear-exorcise it" Kingston - Replay
Washed "Master of Chill" Out - Holdout
there's this song that i listened to last last night or last night, that vividly reminded me of this unspoken memory of being in an European train station at dusk with everyone going home from the trains wrapped up and there were students and snow was outside and the cold weather drifted in, and there was a small roadside shop that was warmly lit selling warm things. i need to find that song again.
i say Justin Bieber, you say
The Script's "Talk You Down". reminds me of Paris. perhaps the memory was connected. "Breakeven" reminds me of the snowy surroundings of the mountains of Switzerland, and the cold. i love music which brings you to new places.

we're getting too cocky.
here's something to bring us back down to earth.
Justin Bieber - Never Let You Go

N.E.R.D - Everyone Nose (All The Girls Standing In The Line For The Bathroom)
this is terrifying but i love it at the same time.
what makes you a brave soul is how you're not involved in it directly.
what makes you a good friend is how you take the plunge and how long you hold your breath for.

if only saying things could make them happen.
or not, it's such a dangerous thing. then again, sometimes it does happen.
this is me, bored and tired of life for the moment.
on a side note, at least Butter Factory's more exciting, at least to us.

In a city sky rise all the time You pushed me to the top floor so we could see the sights
You and me in the photobooth giving it the notch, posing like we're this year's models.
You wanna shake it right down. You wanna leave me somehow, a black-and-white negative. You wanna shake it right.
I push out I breathe in And still us turning away Don't look back Don't pretend We'll ever take control again
One day we're gonna live in Paris
I promise I'm on it I'll find you that French boy, You'll find me that French girl I promise I'm on it
And every night we'll watch the stars They'll be out for us They'll be out for us
p.s. if you haven't heard "Cold War" by Janelle Monae in my previous post, go listen! =D

hello world.
i have a gem, unadorned and untarnished.
Afrofuture pop, combining textures like you've never heard before. closest thing that comes to mind for me is Gnarls Barkley, but then with Robyn and Rihanna and Beyonce smoothed into it! and Christina Aguilera, if you look at the album concept. oh my gossshhhhhh.
Janelle Monae - Cold War
i listened to a couple of songs from her...this is by far the best one.
i want to run away, away from all of this environment.
sometimes i just feel like saying, "okay, just give me something i enjoy doing and that pays well, and let me live it for awhile until i get tired of it and stop and go back to being a student and continuing on this horrible uncertain journey."
