ironically, went fishing yesterday, though i caught no fish.

well it's new years' eve and i feel drowsy. not to mention mervyn's asked me to go out tonight. ah dunno whether should ask, but i feel so stoned that i don't think i can stand up to it. so i might be sick, but i'm not really.
and well, i have an album to accompany me through the night. the most awesome breakthrough band for this year, The Script. the only other band i can think of is Glasvegas haha, but i don't enjoy their stuff as much. just bought The Script's album, The Script, yesterday. really good. i love Breakeven. i thought they should've included the voice at the start though, it really provides a beautifully painful counterpoint to the whole song.

i'm already putting up with them the best i can. i can really control my temper, but i don't know how long more i can last, especially with them taking the rest of the year off from work. don't they have lives? go play golf. go watch soccer. go shop. go do your hair. go hang out with all your friends. or don't you have any. that's so sad.

hmm so neeways hello guys haven't blogged properly in a long time. um, nothing's going on right now. today, popped down to the supermarket to find amanda from v12 there, she wanted to sleep loll. and it was like, 12pm lah. then saw willie right after that hahaha. my bro said he looked gay XD in his green shirt. believe it or not, willie WAS grocery shopping. oh it was bring your own bag day but the supermarket was so lousy they didn't collect any money from us for using plastic bags. i think that we should adopt the overseas habit of bringing our own bags. i'm doing it whenever i shop. it's better.

i'm thinking of following the straight edge lifestyle but it sounds so yes man-ish. very strict covenant with yourself. and there are so many things i could do to break it. sigh. haha speaking of that movie i watched it twice. it's really good i think, especially the harry potter party part. should watch =) it made me laugh, unlike that zohan movie i think. that's partly why i prefer horror or stuff more serious. makes you think and not waste your time on lame jokes and storylines. when you think back, it'll be like, "whoa, the movie's really true" or " what a cool story, the person who came up with that is brilliant, i'd love to watch more stuff by him or her" instead of "whatthefuck lah i just wasted 6/6.50/8/10 bucks and two fucking hours watching that fucking lousy movie".

it's the first and only piece of art so far that has really touched me emotionally.

so, i got back from europe yesterday 6.52am singapore time. =) it was an awesome trip and i have not many regrets. hooray! haha. there are so many things to describe and to say that i don't have the energy to list them all down =P ask me if you want. oh and i spent most of my time watching mtv, which ironically didn't really show music. might as well just call it TV or sth. the only mv slots i caught were in the morning, from 6 to around 8. at night and in the afternoon there was nothing. and for the record, i visited GERMANY and FRANCE in the same trip so what a coincidence and please don't argue about it, both countries are really nice. switzerland was filled with good looking people and also snow mountains which were so serene. imagine eating at the original marche and looking up at the mountains surrounding the valley. =D

as you can well tell i'm slightly tired out still coz of the jet lag.
amy macdonald is going to be a big name soon. europe's slightly ahead of us in music.

oh yeah the vivo thing haha. but i can't describe it to you unless you were there yourself.
it is useless for me to tell you about how everyone was already at vivo when i came.
it is impossible for me to convey the dilemma that we had while trying to decide where to eat, because leonie said that it was friggin expensive and crowded upstairs.
it is futile for me to portray the situation at subway where we cleverly sat at the entrance so that yazzie and adeeb were able to sit with us with their outside food.
it is inadequate for me to report on the fun that we had while eating and that my mayo dripped on my bag =( and gabriel just HAD to order all the veggies in the world in our sandwich.
it is superfluous for me to recount how we still had one hour plus when we went up to the deck so we sat in a circle and played stupid games =P and asyraf's card almost slipped between the boards on the wooden deck.
it is worthless for me to specify how embarrassing it was playing dare or dare, which i probably will never want to play again.
it is bootless for me to render an account of the wonderment that we had watching the fireworks go up (the french did an okay job, but i'm not really into fireworks anyway XP),
and it is of no earthly use to provide a report on how we ended up sitting outside of gloria jeans sipping coffee. I USED MY VOUCHERS FINALLY =)

yep. oh well i tried.
haha i miss and don't miss having lessons with v13. maybe a day-long recess would be awesome one day.

omg lah their songs are all over mtv...everytime i turn on the tv i see them. with their new single, Lost. arghhh. so sickk. i mean, they're cool, but overhyped and OVERPLAYED. mtv, play some good music please. oh and you guys have to watch kanye west's new video, love lockdown. he can SING. well at least i think he can...with all that editing we can't be sure...

oh well yesterday had dance practice/training but for the first time with the DSAs. they're good, got the basics down alr =) haha they made the session yesterday damn hiong lah. cuz must start on a high note lol. it's kinda sad...i would have liked bonding with the seniors more first before getting them in. but it's a good thing too.

after practice went down to pp (yet again) for lunch with the class! yeah. good. very...unproductive. but that's v13 for you. met judith. yo judith. sorry for not chatting longer. no excuse =D and anyway, david archuleta's new album sold out. that's a really really good sign. shows just how much the people of the world LOVE david archie and find david cook...boring.

ohyes and how could i forget? went to jj's house to night. didn't go cycling cuz of the rain. still had a whole lot of fun. watched Hannibal Rising again, and it was friggin good. as usual. but i must be gettting desenitised to the violence cuz i didn't feel as nervous. lol. or maybe cuz i know what's gonna happen. left after the horse-rope-tree-man part. that was the best lah. before that ordered pizza and got scammed. i swear i don't think i'll ever order pizza from 2 for 1 again. price of two large pizzas -- $37.50. whatthefuck? total ripoff! i mean, don't you find it overpriced?? should be thirty dollars lah. chicken isn't THAT expensive. after that mervyn and jj kinda got stuck on Gears Of War for awhile so i taught kash the guitar (hahahaha wo shi yi ge shi fu) and i rediscovered the guitar for myself again. haha. i really wish you and jj the best in ur lessons.

okay. so i've got something for the to-do-list. today after the audition i shall go and return my dvds. i hope they don't charge me because if i return in the afternoon it'll technically still be within the 5-day period (120 hours) =)

my family has this fascination with the show "The Nanny". it's on hallmark channel. it's so...un-funny. lol. the lead woman is very capable though. she acts as the lead character and also the producer of the show. so yeah. the humour's okay...abit fake though...not as good as gossip girl.

WHAT is with that JONATHAN?! stupid bugger cheating on eric. so disgusting. eric should go and give him a piece of his mind. and simin, AARON'S NOT HOT AT ALL. he's a lying cheater who comes across as so obviously fake that sometimes you don't feel like trusting whatever he says anymore. actually what lily says is true. sometimes teens need someone other than a family member to talk to them for them to sort things out.
(p.s. look carefully at serena's eyes during the scene where aaron had cooked for her. they were really glowing. it seems like she really likes him. maybe in real life. how i saw it was when i paused the screen to reply an sms. then i looked up and serena just looked so...happy.)
oh well at least i got to see Connor Paolo in this ep! =) and he got a pivotal role too. MOREMOREMOREMORE.

haha. it was fun. although i couldn't really understand what was going on. my brain kinda died recently so waiting for it to wake up soon.
and then willie and jq got knocked out of the first round while gra and yazzie won.
then the second round, xh won! alone! and she was playing the game for the first time too. pro sia.

well right now, without school and the constant reminders of v13, nothing much's happening in my life right now. don't know what to do these few weeks before the holiday. and uh, i don't think getting a job is possible cuz i only have three weeks before i fly. and we're such disposables in the F&B world, don't you think?

it's amazing that i have three friggin dramas/soap operas to watch and yet i find myself feeling bored and restless cuz none of them have new episodes. darn you, gossip girl! p.s. thanks to jj who has finally finally finally started watching it. he's definitely not regretting =)

so the prom was really great and all. with all the glamorous girls and the partying at the very last part. hooray now next prom we definitely know what to do. v13 rocks man. with all that hardcore dancing. and that norman with the white hair. like, wtf.
